Description

Riverbend Farm Trail is an out-and-back, 0.9-mile natural surface trail that is owned by the Town of Midland and part of the Carolina Thread Trail network.  The trail provides easy grades and gentle slopes that are great for walking or running.  The trail also hosts a canoe and kayak launch a just a short distance from the trailhead. This launch is 4.5 miles downriver from the Pharr Family Preserve Trail and Canoe/Kayak Launch (located also in Midland).

Riverbend Farm is a pumpkin patch that operates during the month of October. Trail visitors will enjoy year round access to the sights and sounds of an operational farm.

This trail runs 0.9 miles along Riverbend Farm fields, providing gentle slopes ideal for walking and running. Riverbend Farm Trail is also home to a canoe and kayak launch, providing paddlers access to the Rocky River.
