When biking, wear a helmet and use a bell to signal your approach to other trail users. Consider bringing a spare tube and pump so that you can fix a flat tire and offer help to other cyclists in need. When riding on roads, bike in the same direction as traffic.

Riverbend Farm Trail is an out-and-back, 0.8-mile natural surface trail that is owned by the Town of Midland and part of the Carolina Thread Trail network. The trail provides easy grades and gentle slopes that are great for walking or running. The trail also hosts a canoe and kayak launch a just a short distance from the trailhead. This launch is 4.5 miles downriver from the Pharr Family Preserve Trail and Canoe/Kayak Launch (located also in Midland).
Riverbend Farm is a pumpkin patch that operates during the month of October. Trail visitors will enjoy year round access to the sights and sounds of an operational farm.
