Blythe Landing Park Trail

Blythe Landing Park Trail is a 0.2-mile section of the Carolina Thread Trail that includes a launch on Catawba River Blueway. The 26-acre park has boat slips, playgrounds, volleyball courts and a concession stand.

Description

The Blythe Landing Park is an expansive park that offers parking and launching for the area boaters. There is a beautiful area for watching the passing boats and grabbing a snack from the concession stand after walking the 0.2-mile trail through part of the natural area. The trail is lined with towering pine and maple trees. While there is a beach area, there is no swimming allowed. There are numerous volleyball courts and playground areas for additional recreation in the front of the park.
